About Lafayette Park Community

Lafayette Park Homeowners Association is a nonprofit corporation

in located and based in Annandale, Virginia. 

As such, there are three documents that are essential

to the existence and structure of the organization. The Articles of Incorporation, the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, the Bylaws, and  the Community Handbook and Architectural Guidelines, are all here. These documents were provided to each homeowner when purchasing their property, as required by law.

In practice, each homeowner has a voice and a vote when it comes

to managing the affairs of the Association. The Board acts on

behalf of the members and fulfills the duties of the Association and provides for all day-to-day aspects of community living..
